RODAMCO EUROPE, one of top real estate companies in Europe, has joined ASIPA in 2007 1st quarter, being first non-Spanish member. It will be represented by their Managing Director, Mr. Simon T. Orchard.

GMP Grupo Inmobiliario established in 1979,is one of the main not quoted Spanish property groups. GMP joined ASIPA from January 2009, with Mr. Francisco Montoro Alemán as chief executive officer (CEO).
